Warrior Aid Project Wanted a Website That Could Carry the Weight of Their Mission. We Delivered.

How ZYS Vision Helped Warrior Aid Project CIC Build a Digital Home for a Movement With Purpose

The client

Warrior Aid Project CIC is a Community Interest Company with a mission that is as bold as it is meaningful — to combine structured Muay Thai martial arts training with participant-led fundraising for humanitarian aid worldwide. Participants join structured eight-week training camps, coached by professionals, while committing to raise vital funds that are ring-fenced entirely for humanitarian causes. One hundred percent of every donated pound goes directly to aid. This is not a gym. It is not just a charity event. It is a movement — and it needed a website that could communicate that with clarity, credibility, and real impact.

The challenge

Warrior Aid Project sits in a unique space that many platforms struggle to explain clearly — part martial arts programme, part fundraising initiative, part community movement. Getting that across to a first-time visitor quickly and convincingly is no small task. With expanding events planned across Manchester, Oldham, West London, Leeds, Birmingham, and Stockport, they needed a digital platform that could handle registrations, communicate total transparency around their CIC structure and fund allocation, and inspire people to sign up — all at the same time.

Without a website capable of doing all of that, they risked losing potential warriors before the message had even landed.

What they needed

They came to ZYS Vision with a clear brief — build us a website that tells our story with impact, makes the registration process simple, and gives every visitor complete confidence in what we stand for and where the money goes. It needed to be bold and energetic enough to inspire action, while being transparent and structured enough to build the trust a cause-driven organisation demands.

What we built

We designed and developed a fully custom WordPress website using Elementor, built from the ground up around Warrior Aid Project’s identity — powerful, purposeful, and completely transparent. Every section of the site was crafted to move a visitor through a clear journey — from understanding the concept, to seeing upcoming events, to registering as a warrior or donating to the cause.

The events section was built to display multiple live camps with real-time status indicators — showing available spots, fundraising targets, and clear registration or enquiry calls to action for each location. This gives the site a dynamic, growing feel that reflects the scale of what Warrior Aid Project is building across the UK.

We placed their CIC transparency front and centre — clearly explaining the distinction between training fees and donations, how funds are ring-fenced, and that 100% of fundraised money goes directly to humanitarian aid. In a space where trust is everything, that clarity is a conversion tool in itself.

A dedicated Fundraising Hub link, integrated registration popups, and an interest registration flow for upcoming cities were all built in to ensure no potential warrior falls through the cracks — whether they are ready to join now or want to be notified when their city opens.

The result

Warrior Aid Project now has a website that matches the ambition and integrity of their mission. It communicates a complex, multi-layered concept instantly and confidently, builds trust through radical transparency, and gives every visitor — whether a potential participant, donor, or partner — a clear and compelling reason to take the next step.

What started as a local initiative in Manchester now has a digital platform ready to scale across the entire UK and beyond.

From the opening headline to the final registration form, every part of the site is built to inspire action and drive real-world impact.
