Building Lugo Before the Doors Opened

Before Lugo Cafe opened in Altrincham, we were already helping people notice it. From the first teaser posts to launch content and ongoing social media management, we helped Lugo build awareness, create curiosity and make a strong first impression before customers even walked through the door.

Where We Started

Lugo was still in its “coming soon” stage when we first started working together. The cafe was not open yet, the local audience had not experienced the space, and the brand still needed to be introduced properly online. The goal was simple: build excitement before opening, make the page feel alive, and help people feel like they were watching a new local spot come to life.

Pre-Opening Campaign

We planned and created Lugo’s pre-opening campaign to build attention before launch.
Through teaser content, coming soon posts and simple brand-led ideas, we helped introduce Lugo to the local area before the doors opened.
The aim was to make the opening feel familiar before the first coffee was served.

Launch Content

When Lugo opened, we helped capture the early moments that mattered. From the space and drinks to the food, atmosphere and first customer moments, we created content that gave people a real feel for the cafe. It helped Lugo show up as more than just a new name. It gave people a reason to visit.

Ongoing Social Media Management

After launch, we continued managing Lugo’s social media to keep the brand active and visible.
We created content around the food, drinks, cafe atmosphere and everyday moments that made the place feel warm and welcoming.
Instead of letting the launch buzz fade, we helped Lugo keep showing up consistently in the local cafe scene.

The Outcome

Lugo did not start from zero when the doors opened.
By launch, the brand already had a presence online. People had seen the build-up, recognised the name and had a feel for what was coming.
Through pre-opening content, launch coverage and ongoing social media management, we helped Lugo enter the local scene with momentum, personality and a page that already felt active.
For us, this was not just about posting content. It was about helping a new cafe make its first impression count.
